In Umbria, in the green heart of Italy, just 5 Km far from Orvieto, you’ll find the holiday farmhouse La Rocca Orvieto, in a panoramic place, overlooking the wonderful cathedral.
The farmhouse was carefully restored and furnished, respecting the surrounding natural milieu. The house is managed directly by the owners who offer you comfort and high quality service in a wonderful, charming place among the quiet hills.
Different flats belong to the estate (20 hectares) owned by the farm Ceprini; the surrounding countryside is characterized by old oaks, vineyards, olive trees, orchards and poultry breedings.
The main house is called Molino Gualtieri: here you’ll find the reception, some rooms, a panoramic gym, and a wellness centre. Restaurant and swimming pool are in the adjoining annex, where you’ll also find a room which has been especially equipped for disabled persons.
Near the vineyards and the orchard, in a wonderful, quiet position, you’ll find the Wine Villa and the Oil Villa: these two houses have been recently restored, for nine different charming apartments.
Rooms, as well as every flat, the garden and the living room, are fully equipped with WiFi internet connection.
