On the day of departure guests are requested to leave the room/apartment within 10.00 a.m.

Bookings are confirmed only after leaving a deposit, as requested.

Bookings are confirmed only when the client’s credit card will be charged with a 30% deposit (a receipt will be available at check in). 

Further deductions from the client’s credit card will only be made in the event of late cancellation:

- cancellation from 60 to 30 days prior to arrival: 45 % of the fare

- cancellation from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75 % of the fare

- cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of the fare

- no-show: 100% of the fare

In the event of late arrival or departure ahead of time, we rest assured of your understanding asking you for the full payment of the missed overnight stays
